When choosing a "state" would be more helpful if the word "other" was at the TOP of the list rather than at the bottom. Would save confusion when ordering from outside the USA.
Flower price should include the service and handling fee up front so you know how much you are spending! The flowers delivered did not look like the arrangement on the website. There was hardly any blue in it and the Lillies were not open. It did not look nearly as full as the picture online.
