My Grandaughter was released from the hospital earlier than expected the flowers arrived after she was released The flowers were than delivered to her home THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
I had placed my order online and asked for same day delivery with reasonable time allowed as it was placed about 11 am and they stated that residential delivery goes until 6 pm. However, I received an email a few hours later stating that they could not deliver the order for another 2 days. That was very disappointing as it was for a 17 year anniversary gift.
I then went online 2 days later to track the order and they couldn't find it. So I called them and was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally a woman came on and followed up and said that the order was to be delivered within the hour. I then asked about another email that I had received about a $12 credit coupon that was waiting for me to place another order. I asked if I could get that as a discount on this one, since I didn't get what I had paid for. Of course, I was told that there was nothing she could do about that.
I am not one to constantly complain, however, I do strongly believe that you should never promise something, when you cannot follow through on it.
The flower arrangement that was delivered was very pretty.
Some of the flowers were already dying when delivered. Looks shameful next to the picture I paid extra to have it look like. Whoever wrote the 2 sentence message on the card messed up and just wrote over it illegibly instead of grabbing a new 2in by 2in card and rewriting it. I'm sure it was just one employee not caring about what quality product left the store but it went out none the less.
I ordered flowers for same delivery (Saturday for a Sunday birthday) Received a notice the flowers would be delivered Monday. Well, Monday came and went and still no flowers. I called twice and was told the flowers would be delivered. They yes you to death on the phone and you can tell they just want to get off the phone.
You should say something about the service and handling charge before you get to check out. It doubled the price of the flowers. My mother received her flowers, the entire assortment was various colors of carnations. The final price was too high for what was delivered. I probably will not use again.

I purchased the super sweet snack basket. The picture and description is misleading. According to the picture there appears to be several bags of chips. In the actual basket there is one bag of chips. Would never recommend. I did not expect there to be the exact amount of things in the basket but pretty close. Extremely disappointed

Delivery was almost 2 days late when the website promised same day delivery. We were from out of town and had to leave on a plane the next morning. SO we had to leave all the food. :( The food was not what was pictured on the website. The ONLY reason I chose that arrangement was for what was in the picture! Very disappointed!
Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Sunday for a special occasion. But they were late by 24 hours. Not satisfied at all to the point where I want my money back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
