I live far away from my family and this is a wonderful option of sending birthday love or for special occasions just because! I will for sure be using this service again! My grandmother loved the flower birthday cake. When delivered the rose in the center looked beat up and wilted, so that is why the products and services score received a 4 instead of a 5 star rating and why the over all price received a 3 star rating. It was expensive to have the product not be perfect, but all in all it was a good experience. Thank you!

Fast convenient service. My wife was thrilled with the flowers. I think that the chocolates were a bit over priced for what was delivered. All in all a very nice experience. In the future I'll be skipping the extras.

Thank you for asking. There is room for improvement. They were not delivered on the same day as I ordered/requested. I received an email AFTER the completion of ordering them online. Not good.
Thank GOD she was home to receive them on the next day. I paid alot of money for them. Anyway, It's time to read our bibles now. Get saved. Repent for your sins, and sin no more. It's just not worth it. Thank you. With love in Christ.

What a headache

What a headache.
1: the flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture. Vase was different color.
2: the flowers were not lively and a bit wilted.
3: the roses were a different color and style.
They left the delivery outside of my door.

I called and complained. Customer service(the first time around) was nice and she immediately set up a next day redelivery with an upgrade. She said I'd have it by the morning.
12 noon came around and NOTHING so i called back.
The guy was helpful but not very nice.

My mom received the 2nd bouquet. 4 roses and the rest were the decorative flowers. So cheap for what I paid and went through, but my mom loved them regardless. Not sure what the upgrade was...but this was the most horrible experience I went through as far as flower deliveries go. NJ Bergen florist is going on my no-no list for future purchases.
