No obvious mention was made of the $14.99 service and handling charge until the very last screen. That is a 32% up charge on the stated price of my selection. Had I been aware of the service/handling charge upfront, I would have chosen a lower priced item in order to stay within my budget. I had spent a great deal of time making my selection, writing the message, and then processing the order and didn't have time to go through it all over again.

The website kept reloading and had me enter my credit card information twice when ordering. I hope that I didn't order and get charged twice! Then I paided for same day delivery of a gift basket to my husband's work at a retail store. This store has a labeled door "CUSTOMER ENTRANCE" right in front and I put in the order that it was a business. However, the florist said that it "attempted delivery" the same day, but never delivered the basket. I had provided my phone number because it was a surprise, but nobody ever called me to ask me about anything or say they had any issues; I would have told them to just walk in, as every other customer does daily! When I called asking why the basket wasn't delivered, they offered me a % off of a future order with delivery the next day. After thinking more about it, I did not want delivery the next day because of what was going on at his work, so I called to cancel it being delivered the next day. I spoke with someone that told me that they would inform the florist of the cancellation but that they would have to call me to confirm the next morning when they opened. After all that, the basket was delivered the next day anyways with no call at all received. I called AGAIN to ask why this happened because I had cancelled the order, and apparently the person I spoke to before never even cancelled it in the system. The entire process was disorganized, unprofessional, and ridiculous. I was not able to get my money back for the order but now have discounts for future orders, not that I plan on ever using this company again! Very dissatisfied with everything!

I didn't actually see the bouquet since it was sent to someone else, so I can only assume it was as described, but I do know it was delivered the same day for only $3 more and that's not a lot to pay for same day service.
Initially I was not satisfied when I placed my order for flowers and it was delivered on the wrong delivery date I requested. Needless to say the flowers were an early birthday surprise. After contacting customer service I requested new flowers be sent on the date I actually requested and another bouquet was delivered at no charge. Both bouquets were beautiful arrangements and I'm glad customer service was able to fix the issue with no problems

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
