3/29 sent email about the disaster of an arrangement that was presented to my mother for her birthday. Very unhappy. My worst fear fulfilled by the so called florist that only delivered my order but seem to try to put it back together after apparently falling over in the back of his car. Please do yourself a favor & never use that place again

I attended the visitation last night and the flowers were buds which had not opened. I was not pleased with this as the rosary was the same evening and the funeral today. It was embarrassing looking at unopened blooms!
Wanted to send tulips (her favorite flower) to my wife for our anniversary. Was called a few hours later by FromYouFlowers and was told that the florist did not have the color of tulips that I wanted, but that they would be substituted, with another color and delivered on schedule. The next day, the day of, when it was too late to do anything else, I got another call saying that roses would be substituted for tulips... NOT WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL, in fact my wife hates roses ("funeral flowers"). The company did refund a whopping $4.99 that I paid for early delivery, oh and they apologized, which I guess makes ruining my plans and my wife's anniversary gift all OK...

It was a nice bouquet that was delivered in a timely manner, just be prepared the bouquet is going to look much different than the picture presents online at time of order. Sad to pay $50 for a bouquet that would have cost $8 at the local grocery store.
