I ordered a plant to be delivered same day, and as I understood from the website, would be there (an office) before 5:00 pm. It was delivered at 5:30 as the recipient was walking out the door. So, I would have preferred it got there a little sooner, but same day delivery is still impressive and convenient. I would order again.

I placed an order once before and even though was not very happy with that order I decided to give you all another chance and may not do that again due to the problems I had with this order I placed the order yesterday and paid extra for same day delivery and received a call from Destiny stating that the flowers could not be delivered until today but assured me they would be delivered first thing this morning and then received a call from Angela that they could not be delivered until this afternoon so paying for same day delivery did nothing for me not only did they not get delivered when I wanted them too but were not delivered when I was told they would be by your representative.

All the other sites I have used, have been so expensive to deliver. I would end up not sending my mother flowers on her birthday because of the totals adding up to 67 dollars for 30 dollar flowers. Thank Goodness I found fromyouflowers. It was a great surprise to the birthday girl. Thank you

I placed an order to receive on 4/11/17

I placed an order to receive on 4/11/17. The arrangement was not delivered on the date requested. I received no phone calls or email message from anyone to tell me what happened. I called to inquire on the status of delivery since the recipient was leaving work after working her shift that ended at 5:30pm. It is then I was informed that there was an issue with the deliverer. Due to them not fulfilling their part with delivering the arrangement on that day, they would upgrade the arrangement and credit me the additional fee I paid to have express delivery. I received the arrangement today with no obvious upgrade. The flower arrangement was not an upgrade at all and no credit has been issued.
