My order was suppose to be delivered on 04/13/17 and never got delivered until 04/14/17 at 1:00pm, Eastern Time. Not very happy. Also, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture.
I have ordered plenty of times before and have always been extremely satisfied.

I liked the fact that after I had completed my order they asked me to call them just to double check everything which was great because I had spelled a word differently on purpose and the rep made a note that it not be changed.

Experience is great so far! It will be fantastic once I know its delivered on time. I have had bad experiences in the past where the item is not delivered on right day. I hope to get another survey when they are delivered! Flowers were delivered and looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered, luckily the person receiving the flowers didn't know what they were SUPPOSED to look like

It would be 5 stars if it were easier to apply gift certificates and discounts. The Clearwater, FL order was the arrangement that I ordered (European Garden) and it was pretty. The Aurora, Co order has not been delivered yet. I highly recommend frommeflowers and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
