The flowers look fresh but nothing like the photo on the website. The arrangement looks like something from the supermarket and not as many flowers as on website.
I was unsure after I made the purchase of the orchids I bought my mom for her birthday because of a the reviews but I called their number and spoke to one of the customer service reps and she was very nice and told the florist to deliver my flowers by a certain time, not only were they early the flowers came out beautiful!

In order to address some of your final questions, you should have your local supplier provide a picture of the final product. Otherwise, your customer has to hope the recipient sends a picture.

The service was great! My daughter loved the flowers, however, she doesn't like hazel nuts, and the candy was hazel nuts, I thought it was a box of chocolates. How can you tell what type and name brand of candy you are purchasing, I didn't see any choices, except, small med large?

I have ordered a lot from this site and have always received good results. I have been able to contact the local florist also in the past.
The estimated time was 4 hours, but they got to us in two. The flowers we received weren't exactly the same as what was displayed on the site, but I think that's to be expected when the company you're ordering from has multiple florists across the country, all with different inventory. What we got was still absolutely gorgeous, and I will definitely order from this site again next time I need an arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
