Didn't deliver as promised even after several emails and phone conversation. Completely ruined the surprise. Asked them to deliver to our home after they didn't deliver as promised between 8am and 5pm to my wife job. Spoke to a manager and she assured me she would have them delivered to my house but couldn't give me an ETA. After my wife arrived at home an hour after my conversation with the manager she gets a call from her office telling her she had flowers delivered. The worst flower delivery service ever they then refused to refund me my money! 100% satisfaction guaranteed they say on there website! I guess them ruining surprises is suppose to be satisfactory.
Order placing was easy and price was fair But disappointed that 2 flowers were damaged with broken stems.
I wish that I could get an email with a photo of the flowers! When you are sending them as a gift, you never get to see what the bouquet looks like.

I will say I cancelled my first order after learning the delivery charge was 14.99! Very pricey for 19.99 flowers. I was then sent an email saying they would drop the delivery charge, if I wanted to order. I re ordered, hoping for the best, and was pleasantly surprised! Flowers looked beautiful and delivery was right on time! I will order again, if cost is kept down.
Everything was fast and easy, I appreciated being able to go back and fix the zip code. I saw no difference in the bouquet when I upgraded to the more expensive one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
