The order was delivered but did not include the birthday balloon, and the flowers were smaller than they were supposed to be. But they were nice and the gift surprised the birthday girl.

From her description it was exactly what I ordered without any variations or substitutions. Thank you. Prior to checking out you might want to tell the customer about the shipping and handling charges, so that it isn't a huge surprise at the end of the transaction.

Will never order from again. What was ordered and what was delivered were not even close. Only thing that was correct was the balloon. Not a way I expected to surprise my wife on our anniversary.
