I was very pleased with the pricing and the time frame in which my order was received. However I was extremely disappointed with the actual flowers. The "orange" pictured on the webpage was brighter and more vibrant than the peach with pink tips that was shipped. The greenery filler with my roses were crisper than the limp heads on the roses.

Delivery was within an expected range. Prices were comparable or good to others. I do wish the arrangement was a little bigger considering I purchased the biggest option.

Online ordering was easy and the flowers arrived as requested although I paid an extra $2.99 for same day delivery.
Unfortunately that's were my level of satisfactions ends. The flowers arrived and nearly half of them were either already dead or in the process. Several were so wilted the pedals were falling off. The roses seemed to fare the best at the time of the delivery - but by the end of the first evening one of the three roses in the arrangement was beginning to wilt. Early the next morning it was officially dead. The local florist you used should be removed from your list. It was quite apparent the flowers used were too old and should never have been placed in the arrangement.
We have since contacted fromyouflowers.com by phone and came to a resolution - by removing $20.00 - a portion of the actual total bill from our charge card... or having the same florist send another arrangement. We opted for the cash credit since the level of professionalism did not extend to the local florist and there was no guarantee the results wouldn't be similar.
I unfortunately couldn't recommend fromyouflowers.com due to the quality control issue with the local florist they use.

This was a gift to my daughter. I ordered the florist choice so I didn't know exactly what she would get. She called to thank me that morning and tell me how beautiful the flowers were. I couldn't believe she got them that morning. She sent a picture and they were beautiful.

I knew the local florists were closed on Sunday that is why I selected your website. I called your customer service to make sure & they told me I would not be able to place my order unless they could be delivered. My mom did not receive the flowers on her birthday. I would not have gone through your website (which I had to pay extra service & handling fees) if you cannot do what your website claims, I would have just ordered through the local florist the next day.
Roses were supposed to be coral color. They were pink and orange. No coral what so ever. I was very Disappointed in this.

I have seen the bouquet that was delivered and am disappointed. I ordered the premium "Florist designed bouquet" and feel it was too small for the price paid, also, nothing special on the flowers or colors.

This was not the first time the florist screwed up a delivery, so this has me very hesitant on ordering flowers again. I love From You Flowers, the prices are great but the florists have not been dependable. The florist in Alabama delivered late; the florist in Florida did not include certain flowers or the vase that was advertised. Flowers from you delivered on the promise of 100% guarantee.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
