I was called and told the flowers I ordered were not available at the local florist and they would substitute similar ones. I asked what flowers would be used ( I had originally ordered Gerber daisies) I was told that was not possible. I had my friend who received them send me a photo. I was very disappointed. They looked cheap and I had paid $71.00.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
