fromyouflowers.com is THE worst! I ordered a bouquet and balloons for a co-worker's birthday and paid the extra shipping fee of 4.99 to guarantee they would be here before 12pm. 12pm came and went and the order never showed. I tried to contact customer service, I had to try numerous times before I finally reached someone, and after they left me on hold for about 5minutes, all they had to say was, 'oh, sorry you didn't receive your order, I tried the florist and can't reach them so try back in a half hour and we'll check again'. Are you kidding me? They didn't even suggest a refund for the 4.99 expedited shipping fee, forget about offering any other restitution, as it was I had to demand the expedited fee refunded! But it's not even about the money, I wanted the order I was promised. The order finally arrived, 4 hours later, after my co-worker left for the day, so it was a total bust. By far the most unprofessional company I've dealt with, NEVER AGAIN!
Have to say it's irritating that you go through the order getting a "discount" and the price is even more at the end. I even had a gift certificate with one of my orders today and some how you could not even tell by all the added charges. I would rather know up front what I'm paying instead of thinking I'm going to get a discount on anything. I want to know the total before I get to my paypal account with $20 more than I thought I was paying. That would satisfy me.

Your service/handling fee is higher than I've ever seen. Of course you don't see this until the end. You just see $5 for delivery. Goodness
