My mother in law and her caregiver received flowers within 2 hours of ordering. Both had been bummed with their current health status. Both cried when received the flowers which made me happy. I lifted their spirits, you lifted mine. Price was great. Florist choice was one of the orders. Absolutely stunning! Very pleased.

Easy purchase. The person receiving the flowers said they were just gorgeous. She was thrilled with her birthday flowers. I upgraded to the deluxe version and she said they were so big and heavy she had to ask the delivery person to set them on a table for her. I am well pleased with this order.
The service was excellent. The arrangement was a bit smaller than I anticipated, although it looked great.
My only issue is the pictures shown are only of the deluxe options so if you purchase a lower tier, you really don't know exactly what your basket will look like. However, customer service goes a long way with me and my concerns were responded to in a timely manner.
Easy to place an order. Price of flowers is fine, but when you throw in a $15 "handling fee" well, do the math. The flowers were pretty though!

The flowers received were not like the picture. The picture showed long stemmed flowers in a tall vase, very full bouque but the flower arrangement received was about a third of the size in fullness, short stems and a short vase. I was embarrassed that my friend received this from me, it was the most I'd spent on flowers too and was supposed to be special.
When we contacted customer service they offered us a partial refund but I was more upset that I was told that I got my money's worth several times.
I havent recieved my last order yet bit service has been fast and great i hope i recieve last order by the end of the day.
