I've had no problems ordering and have been pleased with arrangements that were delivered. I did have to contact Customer Service because I misplaced my order number. They were very helpful in locating my order number and responded very quickly to my inquiry. A great company to deal with!

This is the worst company that I have ever had to work with! After contacting the family and the funeral home, I was extremely disappointed to find out that NO flowers - not the original bouquet that I had ordered nor the promised upgraded bouquet - arrived for the prayer service or funeral. Guaranteed Same Day Delivery evidently doesnt mean much to your company. All of this was after I spent 30 minutes on the phone with your rude customer service trying to figure out where my order was the day of the prayer service.

The flowers I ordered were white Lillys +green flowers in a white basket with a teddy and chocolates.What the person recieved was yellow Lillys and pink flowers in a pink basket with no bear or chocolates.Very disappointed and will not be using this site again.also the delivery was a day earlier than I requested and the person was not home.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
