I began with a promise of $20 off of $39. Then I picked the regular bouquet. Chose a date that did not add extra money. And ended up spending $65. You didn't honor the $20 price. You added $15 for delivery and now I owe you $65. I don't know how you can be so tricky and I will never use you again.

Easy web site. I ordered from England so a bit apprehensive.

I haven't seen my daughter in 7 months due to being in the military. They came a few days late. Military bases can be difficult. My daughter sent me a picture and they looked exactly like the picture. It was the most beautiful flower arrangement I'd seen in a long time. The colors were so lovely. Dorothy is in long term care, I will probably continue a small floral order for some time. My shopping experience is limited due to the fact her unit is on COVID-19 restricted access and I don't have the opportunity to see the delivered arrangement. Dorothy seems very pleased with the flowers and that is the most important response to me.

Easy ordering and good selection. However I ordered a bouquet called 'sunflower garden' because the recipient likes sunflowers. Photo showed large sunflowers. Recipient sent photo - they had replaced sunflowers with gerbera which don't give the same effect! Disappointed.

Flowers were beautiful in photo and they were just as pretty in reality. However, the heart was MUCH smaller than described, which was approx. 34" x 32". In reality heart was 24" x 24". I was VERY disappointed since it was for my beloved mother... especially for the expensive price FYF charged. I was even embarrassed by the smaller size.

This was the first time I hade used this flower shop. Everything was great. Selection, delivery time. The flowers were beautiful. The recipient loved them.
