My "same-day" delivery was, in fact, delivered the next day. Because this gift was not time-sensitive, that was okay. The customer service rep said she would refund the $2.99 "same-day" delivery fee, which I appreciate. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly clear and made it a pleasure to use the website only problem was putting my post code in the zip code as we use letters and I had some challenges putting it in but manages to in the end
Would be better if the tracker portion on the website actually tracked worked. Said the flowers order was getting delivered today. But the tracking never moved. But overall. It was really good. Person I sent them to was really happy. Flowers were beautiful. Thanks so much for providing excellent fresh flowers.
Wasn't too happy to have to pay the $12.99 for delivery. I got sucked in with the 1/2 price, then had to pay a ton for delivery. Oh well. I learned my lesson.

Easy to order and reasonable prices but the product that was delivered looks nothing like what I ordered. It looks like it was thrown together very sloppy. Not pleased and was quite embarrassed by the product. This is exactly why I hate ordering flowers from online!
I'm in Oregon and I was sending flowers to a friend in Texas. I saw what I liked online and was hoping they would be exactly the same when delivered. THEY WERE! Just beautiful and fresh and perfect.
I realize there must be "service and handling charges" but I think they are quite expensive. Otherwise, I have ordered twice for flowers to be sent to my daughter in the hospital and at her home. I have not personally seen the flowers but she said they were very nice. Delivery was on time and good.
