The service was great! I sent a basket to dad on Father's Day. We was unexpectedly taken to the hospital. The delivery followed him from his residence and was redelivered at the hospital in time for the holiday! Incredible service!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
