Shopping experience is good. The service and handling fees are expensive. That should be known upfront when order begins. Its a shock when you review order and order has increased 15.00 more than expected.

My friend received the flowers last week, which were left on her front porch since she was out of town several days attending her mom's funeral. I would have like to be informed that your company left them on the front porch, or at least leave them with a neighbor. I was very happy when she called me to let me know she received them and they were as she quotes "beautiful!'

Thought the service charge for local florist was a little exorbitant. But overall satisfied.
It was beautiful, arrived in perfect form. Among other flowers it stood out in beauty and aoma. It's one thing to be beautiful, but to have the smell of heaven with it! I added a couple bamboo with orange seashells and starfish to personalize it for my dad.
The process was good, but I was disappoint on how it looked on website to the actual product. My credit was not deducted from my Balance also. The flowers were not professionally arrange. It look like I had purchase flowers and put into a vase.
Very disappointing. Bad service and even worse product. Website shows nice big flowers. I paid close to $50 (not knowing there was a high shipping and handling fee until check out) and when the flowers arrived, a whole day later when it was supposed to be same day delivery for my grandmother's birthday, they looked like a cheap $#*! arrangement you can find at Kroger for $20. What a scam. Disappointed. Will never order or refer this business to anyone i know.
