For the price i paid the chocolates should not have been melted. I was very disappointed If you don't have a way to deliver them,without them melting don't offer the service. I t was our anniversary I can't ever make it up.I was really counting on your service. :(
My order was not delivered on time was received one day late. Chocolates were all melted and the flowers were half dead. They were left in the Texas heat for over a day. Still waiting for a full refund. Never again it was bad enough I had to miss my husbands birthday because of work out of town but then no flowers on his special day so upset
