I ordered birthday flowers and mini doughnuts for my partner on her birthday since I couldn't be with her this year. I paid extra (7.99) each for the guaranteed before noon delivery to ensure she received the gifts before she left her residence for a couple days. The doughnuts made it on time but im still waiting on the flowers. I received a refund for $4.99 for the early delivery charge, which isn't even the full $7.99 that I paid. Im truly disappointed, I wanted to make this day a little more special for my partner. I hope they will make this right because I feel taken advantage of now.
