I ordered flowers online 7/4/2017, from you flowers for my wifes 50th birthday when flowers finally arrived they were nothing like what i ordered ( it looked like a few scragly flowers thrown in a vase) I ordered the premium flowers thinking i would get more and nicer flower arrangement. But to my surprise i got junk. When i complained they just tried to give you money off next order. I didnt let it go as i told them i will never purchase from them again. Then they said they'll give me a 30% refund on a $80.97 order should be around 25 bucks i guess they failed math because they only gave me $16.80 refund. I again complain and stated it was only a 20.4% refund not the 30% they stated they said they give me another 20% refund making it 40% but to my surprise it wasnt to be true. Im almost convinced it is false advertising. Never again i should have stayed with 1800flowers
The website loaded a blank page during checkout and I had to start over. I also entered one number of the zip code wrong and had to start from scratch, again.
The flowers were very much not like the picture. Very sparse and nowhere near as full.
Your website was not easy to maneuver. Whenever I wanted to explore further options I had to start over. My friend received the flowers and they were nice but definitely over priced for the bouquet that would have cost no more than $10 if buying at the store. But I guess I am buying convenience.
The flowers that were sent were not the ones I ordered! This is the second time I have been unhappy with the products that were sent!
