Very easy to navigate. I have ordered flower before and they are beautiful
I ordered an Orchard fresh fruit basket with same day delivery. An email was sent saying it would not be delivered until the next day. When it DID arrive, there was no balloon, which I paid extra for. When I called customer service, I was told the balloons were out of stock which was incorrect. Next time, I will go elsewhere. Two refunds on 1 order...same day delivery fee and missing balloon. I would rather have my order fulfilled as promised instead of refund as only option.

Overall shopping experience is acceptable however I don't understand $14.99 handling fee per item. I have shopped from other online floral shops and never had to pay handling fee of $14.99 per item. Not to mention the handling fee is not added to my cart until right at the end of my order after I have made all my selections. I am looking forward to the delivery of my order and hope they are prepared with perfection for the cost that I am having to pay for the entire order.

The experience was a very BAD one. The flowers were not delivered on time as promised on the web site. They were ordered before the 3 pm deadline for same day delivery however they were not delivered until TWO full days later. Very dissatisfied and I have been a customer for a long time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
