Quicker than other places dont like the handling charges bt is going to have to do wrong flowers were deliver two times order chocolate no chocolate 4 to5 days after thats when flower shop deliver second same flower vase with chocolate i was sad mad bt i appreciate that they have good delivery people.

The 'available flowers' choice showed summer flowers and sunflowers. I expected to receive something similar, as stated. What I got was red roses and pink daisies for my son-in-law. They were poorly arranged with the roses clumped together. No artistry involved in the arrangement. It was a small bouquet even though I upgraded to a larger size. Delivery time from when I placed the order was about two hours, which was excellent. He is in a new town with a new job so I wanted this to be special. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by what was sent.

I got the most expensive upgrade and the flowers that were delivered were not even as full as the bare minimum ones that were pictured. I was THOROUGHLY disappointed and it was not worth the money.

I'm happy with the delivery service. I am disappointed with the customer service representative knowledge about the custom vase. They told me I could switch out the photo because it was like a tumbler that enclosed the photo. The photo has to be waterproof and can't be switched to any photo I make a new print.
