As for the actual delivery, it got confusing. I received an email saying the flowers were delivered before they actually were. The customer service representative was helpful in figuring out why this happened but the surprise was somewhat ruined.
However, when they finally arrived I was told they were beautiful, fresh and the flourish did a nice job.
I thought the delivery and handling charge was ridiculous to show up after the credit card info was imputed. So flowers that were $31.00 on your web page ended up $53.67
The flowers that were delivered were noy even close to what I ordered. This is not the first time this has happened with this vendor
