Loved the flowers arrangement, that was sent to my mother.I highly recommend fromyouflowers.com.
Was easy to order and pick a deliver date, etc. Variety was good, and the product delivered was pretty although not what was depicted on the site. It was to be delivered on Tuesday, August 8,2017. I received a call Tuesday afternoon stating it could not be delivered until Wednesday, August 9,2017, the day of the visitation and funeral. They voluntarily promised the planter would be there before 9 AM visitation. It was delivered at 10:40 AM as we were getting ready to start the readings. Highly unacceptable. The florist as I understand was to do the work was right on the same street as the funeral home. It should have been ready to go Tuesday, and first out Wednesday morning.
Shopping experience was fine will hold all judgement after delivery.

I didn't get my gift there in time and when I orderthe time was around 3/4 I order from the same city they were to go,I saw that the time closed at 8 pm and I did not get a reimbursement fee of delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
