The prices for shipping are high. You don't see the total price until the very end, navigating your site is hard, and the no pictures for the upgraded arrangements, If I am paying more for them I should at least get an idea of what I paided extra for.

As usual I trusted you and shouldn't have. The flowers were a day late so my son did not get them until Monday as he was going away for the weekend.
Apparently the person who created the arrangement really likes Orange. Because orange and a dash of pink is what he got.
Terrible, paid for same day delivery, never delivered. When I called to check why, they said that the shops were too busy. So they ruined my anniversary. Supervisor wouldn't even pick up the phone to speak to me. Don't order from this site, they don't care about their customers. Oh yea did pay the extra price for same day delivery too. Still nothing. They didn't even call me to advise me that it could not be delivered. Again terrible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
