Ordering was easy but the item arrived in a basket instead of the dish as per the photo (and name of the arrangement). I specifically didn't want a basket. Called after I received a photo from the receipiant and they explained that in the future it would be best to call the 800 after placing online order so they can put a note on the order. They gave me a 20% refund for the issue. The plants were as shown just wish it had been packaged per the photo. If the item didn't arrive in a basket I would have given this 1st order five stars on all accounts.
Wasn't expecting such a high service fee. Almost $20 just for fees and taxes for a $30 bouquet.
Would be nice to have a comment box so I could have told you what time the funeral is so flowers are delivered in time. Service is 1pm.
Your team followed up and let me know the flowers were delivered before the funeral time. However, I just wish I knew if it was the actual purple & yellow flowers I ordered, or if it ended up being plants, that I had written back and indicated if plants were easier to do to get to the service in time the next day, that was what I requested. So I do not know what was delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
