I paid for DELUXE flowers for my daughters birthday and they don't look anything close to the picture on the website. There were only 3 roses! Everything was pink, not lavender. Small stock of lavender but that's it. The vase was dark purple which made the flowers look worse. This was a very cheap version of what you show on your website. A minimum of 6 roses would have been expected for flowers I paid $70. For. Roses didn't look fresh and were delivered to my daughter's office after she left work for the day. That is really late!
Whatever florist represented your business is the worst example of the floral arrangements you advertise. I had to apologize to my daughter for what she saw on her desk this morning. I was very embarrassed to have my daughter receive such a horrible arrangement and I will bet it is dead by the end of the weekend.
As a customer, I am very unhappy with the results of this purchase!

It was good - the shipping and handling was more expensive than the other florists that I have used.
Flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet was beautiful and fresh.
I purchased the florist designer bouquet for a birthday in Virginia. The recipient emailed me a photo. I had hoped for something with more color. The bouquet was basically Pink and made up mostly of Carnations which are an inexpensive flower. The green leaves and fillers/accents made the bouquet more acceptable. Somewhat disappointed but glad the Delivery was on time
This is a first time order, so I'm hoping for beautiful results on the receiving end. My recipients enjoyed the flowers very much.

The friend I bought for loved the flowers! Who ever put it together did a fantastic job! I was just a little disappointed because I specifically searched for a display with sunflowers because sunflowers are my friends favorite flower. However, the store did a great job of finding flowers that were similiar. The delivery guy was very nice and friendly and the timing of the delivery was perfect. Over all myself and my friend are very pleased and will probably use site again.
