It was a very easy process. I'm in the uk and wanted to send flowers to my brother and sister in law in Fairfax Virginia. They received them on the same day and really liked them, I've seen them on messenger tonight they're beautiful.
Love the sympathy plant I usually order for friends. This time we tried the "bark." Delicious!

This was fast and painless. Paid for same day delivery and it didn't come but you told me and supposedly refunded my extra fee. Friend who received flowers loved them.
It is hard to input information in the payment section. The blocks do not accept numbers easily. The flowers I sent were to my mother in another state, therefore I cannot comment on the flowers or the arrangement. That is why I only gave 3 stars on the products/services question.
Ordered a flower displayed with price of $23.00 In the bill it was $39.00 I added one mylar balloon and today shipping. Bottom line came to over $65.00 Did go ahead and ok as last minute gift but consider such dealings as sneaky at the very least. This may be my first and last order through this company.
Quick and easy shopping and checkout
This was a gift for my daughter, the flowers were pretty but the vase was cracked and the chocolates were melted. I was not happy! It was her birthday gift. How do you keep water in a vase if the bottom is cracked? Better packaging and a cold pack would have helped.
I did not actually see the flower arrangement but the recipient said they were beautiful. They were delivered on time. Great price!
