I ordered "Best Value" Florist Birthday Designed Bouquet for my daughter in Chicago! It was a surprise and she received it even with her busy life style. She was VERY SURPRISED and VERY HAPPY!
The quality of the chocolates was horrible - I am very disappointed that the "gourmet" selection was cordial cherries which are disgusting had I known this was the selection I would not have ordered them

I've ordered from this place a few times and I'm never disappointed, except for this last order. I ordered the Premium version of the Rose & Lily Celebration bouquet and it arrived looking more like a regular version. The bouquet was nowhere near as full as pictured and the flowers looked older, some of them wilted and broken. I know I ordered same day and at a discount but I didn't expect the bouquet to look like it was from the clearance section. I decided to order this bouquet because it was listed as the best seller and I thought it would impress, but I guess not this time.
I wanted to add a box of chocolates but was unable.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
