Flowers were not exactly what I expected. I "bought" 2 dozen red roses but were not all the traditional red rose we all expect to see.

A little hard to tell if the order comes with a vase or not. Only issue the orserbarrive promtly but what i ordered amd what was received there is a huges difference it the final product. I even ordered deluxe so that it would be a full bouquet but skimpy was the result. I would love to send the pics not very satisfited with the product delivered. I have never seen such a huge difference in the fibal product typically looks better than what was received

I ordered for my Girlfriend. Had an argument the night before. Wanted to say I was sorry with flowers. Two days later she still doesn't have them. Though customer service was friendly, they were not very helpful.

It was quick and easy... nice selection... however... I spent the extra money to go premium... I expected the arrangement to be bigger/super full... it was kind of small in my opinion considering I spent over $80 for the entire transaction. That's why the 4 star instead of 5.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
