The flowers were very beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

Very satisfied! But expected the arrangement to be just like the picture especially bc I stepped up to the next price point. Both size and variety of flowers should have been the same especially bc the flowers used as fill ins are not that hard to get.

Overall my experience has been fair. I really loved the presentation of the flowers. However, i disliked the delivery time. I wanted to redeem my store credit but was told that I couldn't combine that with a promotion. I think that's a bit unheard of being that a store credit should be redeemable no matter the circumstances.

This is only the 2nd time I've used your service. I had a very good experience the first time.

I requested a bouquet of flowers as a congratulations on a baby boy but received a fall bouquet of flowers. Nothing to indicate it was for a boy except for the card.

Your prices are more reasonable. Thank you for that! When the flowers arrived they were quite sparse. They were unable to give me exactly what I needed which I did not find out until they were out for delivery and I really hoped they would have looked as pretty as the picture but they were not.
