Overall my experience has been fair. I really loved the presentation of the flowers. However, i disliked the delivery time. I wanted to redeem my store credit but was told that I couldn't combine that with a promotion. I think that's a bit unheard of being that a store credit should be redeemable no matter the circumstances.

I requested a bouquet of flowers as a congratulations on a baby boy but received a fall bouquet of flowers. Nothing to indicate it was for a boy except for the card.

Your prices are more reasonable. Thank you for that! When the flowers arrived they were quite sparse. They were unable to give me exactly what I needed which I did not find out until they were out for delivery and I really hoped they would have looked as pretty as the picture but they were not.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
