As many times as I've ordered flowers here for my mother on various occasions over the years, she could not be more pleased than seeing the dozen long-stemmed sweetheart rose color combination she received today for her 96th birthday.
It said free shipping in my first order then at check out it charged me $14.99 for handling plus $2.99 for sane day. Not pleased with this. Should gave been a $20 order doubled at check out.

I'm sorry, but the flowers were horrible. I could have gone out in my backyard & got better flowers than those.they looked like they were just thrown in the vase,sticking out everywhere.very unprofessional looking.i will never order from here again.

I finally received the beautiful flowers after delivery was delayed for few days. Overall this issue, I was satisfied because of their customer service its was awesome and they took my problem seriously with really nice manners. My problems were resolved right away. Also, they gave me some discount for my order too. I will definitely order their flowers again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
