Ordered a lrg order of flowers to send to a friend. Got a deluxe of something completely different than what I ordered. The flowers weren't even fresh or nice looking. They were just stuck in bunches in the vase as opposed to spreading them out. I could have done better with less money, than to spend 80.00 on something I didn't order. I wouldn't have mind if the ones that were delivered looked pretty but they weren't. They had more filler of green in it then any type of flowers, and not even a ribbon or biw aroubd the vase. So I called the company back and nobody could help me. I was only told that they coukd only give 20% back on my card in three business days. I knew I should have went to one 800 flowers. Just horrible!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
