It was nothing to do with the flower shop chosen... It was the web site info that got it all wrong...I was charged same day delivery didn't get it until next day. No fee refunded for that and it was a happy birthday bouquet which was never requested. Like I said I don't blame the shop that delivered the order only the communication

I ordered a Thank you balloon (double checked and confirmed that is in fact what I ordered) but the delivery included a "thinking of you" balloon. Everyone is stopping by my colleague's desk to ask "what happened" and say "Is everything ok", which is not an added benefit. Luckily it was not a reverse situation where we had ordered a sympathy balloon and they sent a thank you. Could you imagine?
I am very impressed with the time frame to be delivered.

Much easier site to navigate than competitors sites. No hidden fees that pop up at check out. Will definitely use this site again. I do have an issue though. I was very disappointed as the delivered arrangement did not resemble the photo online at all. The arrangement was supposed to be placed in a European style basket and what was sent was not as shown. It was smaller than shown and not the basket was not of the material or shape as indicated. I chose the deluxe in lieu of the standard and it did not look like the item shown online. I'm not even sure I received the deluxe. It looked like a standard to me. Non descript arrangement in a small round basket.
A couple of the flowers were wilted. Other than that I would order again.
I use to use avas flower shop but they never send what i would order an flowers was half dead most tha time im happy an shes happy with every order ive sent to her thank yall
