The recipient did not get the item we ordered. We purposely ordered a basket with a keepsake live plant and fruit. The recipient received a basket of cheese, crackers and fruit. No plant. A real disappointment to us.

What was received was NOT what I ordered. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a certain arrangement from your website that the person receiving did not get what I chose. I have a picture of what was received if u are interested in seeing. Your vendors need to know that you know they are not meeting your descriptions of an arrangement that has been chosen off your website and really not even close to what was pictured. This particular arrangement was embarrassing to me.

I actually needed a place to tell them that if she doesn't answer, they are still definitely home. They are elderly with physical problems. There was no place to note any special instructions! I called in (inconvenient) and the service rep was great.
