What was received was NOT what I ordered. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a certain arrangement from your website that the person receiving did not get what I chose. I have a picture of what was received if u are interested in seeing. Your vendors need to know that you know they are not meeting your descriptions of an arrangement that has been chosen off your website and really not even close to what was pictured. This particular arrangement was embarrassing to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
