Always happy to do business with this company. Not sure about affiliates though who just leave flowers on doorsteps! I give recipients' phone numbers. Shouldn't they check to be sure someone is there?
Also, I hate to pay shipping and would order more often if free shipping was offered.

The balloon that was ordered was not delivered. I contacted customer service who stated they would refund the $5... this is the 2nd time a balloon was not delivered when I have placed my order. The first time was for my mother and this time for my daughter. I will not order any add-ons in the future. I am not sure if it is an issue with your system not letting the florists know about the flower or if it is the florist who ignore that portion of the order. I will order again, but like I stated, only the flowers/plants. Thank you.
