I don't like that you force me to buy a magazine
The balloon that was ordered was not delivered. I contacted customer service who stated they would refund the $5... this is the 2nd time a balloon was not delivered when I have placed my order. The first time was for my mother and this time for my daughter. I will not order any add-ons in the future. I am not sure if it is an issue with your system not letting the florists know about the flower or if it is the florist who ignore that portion of the order. I will order again, but like I stated, only the flowers/plants. Thank you.

The site never mentions about handling charges till the last moment after payment info. And cannot go back to check.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
