The person I sent the order (flowers) to did not receive the order on time. Also, it was not the flowers I ordered. I did get emails stating it would not be delivered on time, and that it would not be the same flower arrangement; however if I knew that would happen I would have ordered from a different company. I had read good reviews of this company, but I am not impressed. It was also completely overpriced, especially for not even being delivered on time when that's what I paid for.
Always Great and easy! This particular order was not well arranged...just look "plopped" in the vase and there was a ribbon and no bow. The recipient sent me a picture and this time I was disappointed. Not usually the case.
