I wanted to change the level of the bouquet but could not edit that. When I went back in the browser I lost my entire order. I ASSUME that I have not placed 2 orders for this
I did receive the order but I paid for the highest quality level and the flowers look just like the photo which was the medium level. So I am very disappointed with the size of the bouquet for $75.

The only complaint I have is the Flowers where supposed to be same day delivery for a Birthday gift and they where never delivered. I had to call late afternoon towards the end of the business day only to find out that there where no delivery drivers. It would have been nice to be notified that the delivery would not be possible same day instead of having to call to find out.

Horrible customer service... Placed order several days in advance and paid for expedited delivery, never got delivered! Wife never got her anniversary flowers! Customer service had long holds and several hang ups! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The tracking webpage had not been updated and I was concerned delivery would not be made before business closed in 25+/- mins. I sent an email requesting delivery information. Shopping couldn't have been easier. Flowers didn't arrive till around 6:00 for a 4:00-8:00 funeral service so that was a negative but they were beautiful once they arrived. Almost exactly the same as website picture minus the raffia ties.
