I had to reorder the flowers because they were not delivered by 4 pm. I also had an email that said the order did not go through because of 'cookies' on my computer. I assumed the order was never received online so I quickly called a local shop and had flowers sent out. Needless to say I now have to pay for 2 orders.

You should specify in the order exactly how many balloons are in the order that is being purchased, not just sm, med or lg.
