I don't know how the plant looked since I live in California and my Aunt lives in Illinois. And since this was a sympathy gift I didn't want to call and bother her. But I'm sure she loved it.
I like the website and how easy it was to order. The florist even called me to verify directions to my aunts house. I also liked that they deliver pretty fast. One other place I checked out was going to deliver it in a box and my aunt would have had to put the arrangement together. I was glad I found fromyouflowers.com

Post Delivery: The florist used did NOT deliver the arrangement in the green vase shown in the picture which really, really disappointed us as that was part of the reason it was chosen. HOWEVER, when I contacted FYF (FromYouFlowers), the customer service person was very nice, professional and fair. I was just furious and not very nice about my disappointment but I later felt bad because she did everything possible to make things right and ultimately...all was forgiven. Besides, it wasn't FYF that goofed, it was the florist. MAYbe a little of both, but...I still LOVE this company.:)) They are much better than the other 2 that come to mind when people think of ordering flowers, but I tell them not to and to always use FYF.

Received the order in good time. Ordered 9:30 delivered about 1:30. The flower were good. I will recommend this to friends and use it again myself.
