I've been using fromyouflowers for some time. I was disappointed by my last orders for Mother's Day so I am hoping that this experience will be back on par with my earlier experiences which were excellent. The order arrived on time. The only disappointment I have is that I don't feel like upgrading to the premium version has been worth it since my first purchases. I know fromyouflowers uses different businesses to prepare the orders but I don't know if there is any type of standard used for the upgrades. My first couple of times using fromyouflowers and upgrading to the premium option were stellar. But over the last year it just hasn't been the same. If fromyouflowers doesn't use some way to keep the standards up I really wish they would start. If my next time using fromyouflowers is back up to par with my earlier experiences I will keep using it. If not, I will likely be moving on to someone new.
The vase was delivered with a large crack that was leaking water. The flowers were pretty but the vase was cracked and made a mess.
Didn't know about the company but a search brought you up. What I ordered was exactly what was delivered. Fabulous!

Ordered really early in the morning online to have flowers sent to my wife the same day.
Called around 3:30pm to find out information about delivery.
1. Customer Service is very RUDE.
2. Customer Service sounds like she hates working with this company.
3. Rather than helping me find out exactly what is going on kept on insisting our delivery times is up until 5pm.
4. After I kept on insisting if possible to get a live update then she found out that the flowers NEVER SHIPPED OUT.
5. Another customer service person who got the message that the flowers cannot be delivered DID NOT RELAY THE MESSAGE nor DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
6. If I did not call and insisted no one will ever know what is going on.
7. Customer service reluctantly apologized to me and have the audacity to offer me a refund of $2.99 for same day delivery. Are you kidding me? Offer me something better then finally said 15% discount on the price of what I ordered.

Shopping experience was great I hope the delivery is done on time also.
Flowers were beautiful but I paid extra to have delivered the same day and they were not delivered till the next day and they said they would give me that extra charge back but not the point I needed it that day and so I was very disappointed.
The ordering process was easy. The person the flowers were delivered to just sent me a picture to thank me and unfortunately they do not look as nice as the picture online. They look thrown together and do not contain many of the same flowers seen in the picture.
Thought the service and handling charge was excessive and then there was an extra fee for same day.
I called to request an earlier delivery because it was for my niece that had the baby that day and was afraid they might discharge her before the plant came. It was delivered at 515! What a disappointment. I called at 800 Eastern time to request the earlier delivery.
Easy and understandable form. I ordered around 2pm as I forgot the date was my sister's anniversary. I understood it was to arrive the same day. It did not arrive the same day but I was charged for same day delivery. I'm not happy that the flowers were not delivered as stated and charged. My sister said the flowers were nice and received today in the afternoon.
Handling fee is BS advertise upfront not when it's time to place the order the 20% discount covers the fee and gave me only a $5 discount on a $100 bouquet, very sneaky!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
