It is frustrating to have credits and gift cards and still see extra price add ons in the end. I would like to know how much it will cost including shipping and handling as well as my gift cards/promo codes as I write my message and decide on which bouquet to choose. It's frustrating to go back and forth and still end up paying more than you expected. Not only that, this is the second time that I've ordered a same or next day delivery flowers, paid the fee, only to receive an email 5 hours later that that delivery time is not possible to meet. Extremely frustrating to have searched and decided on a bouquet based on time of delivery only to be told 5 hours later that it's not possible.
