Expensive with added 14.99 delivery fee but arrived on time & recipient seemed pleased.
Purchased same day order, they didn't deliver that day or the next. They continued to offer discounts, including monetary and upgrades. The patient (receiver) is in a Children's Hospital so flowers cant go up but mylar balloons can. Asked for extra balloons, they agreed to give two more. The 3rd day they refunded all my money but only delivered the flowers. Called Balloon Monsters to correct and am totally satisfied. **DONT USE THIS COMPANY**
Flowers were beautiful, however ordered for same day delivery and it didn't happen. Company reimbursed amount for that service and very apologetic. Delivered 2 days later. Other than that the company is great to order from, keep you updated frequently on what's going on with your order
