Put shipping and handling in the overview before we get to the end please

I was prompted to put my cell phone number if I wanted it to be a surprise/anonymous delivery, but somehow my cell number was left on their delivery so they were able to deduce that it was from me. I was trying to give a nice gift anonymously and that did not happen.

The first time I utilize this service I was disappointed. But this time the flowers were in great form and delivered at a reasonable time. Great job

Overall good. However, I'm not always satisfied with the deliveries. They have been delayed for various reasons sometimes. But the customer service has been very good when there has been issues. The only thing to think about is that the quality of the flowers varies depending on who YouFlowers are using in the area. Recommend that you look up which florist YouFlowers work with in the areas you want to send flowers.

Your web site was easier to understand and use than the others. Your price was in keeping with my budget. The flowers were well received.

Delivery Fees and handling amounts should be quoted sooner than the check out page. They are very pricey,

The delivery was sent to the mail room and not delivered to the dorm like it was supposed to be. It was locked in a mail room until the following Monday. Then the bouquet was scraggely and looked nothing like the full bouquet I ordered from the site. Very dissatisfied.

The bouquet that was delivered did not look like the deluxe bouquet I paid for. There were not very many flowers at all. I am very disappointed and feel that I was ripped off. I will not buy from them again.

This was my first experience ordering from FromYouFlowers.com. The website was very easy to use, and delivery was on time. The recipient said that the plant (Peace Lily) was large and beautiful although not in bloom (possibly wrong time of year?).
