I was prompted to put my cell phone number if I wanted it to be a surprise/anonymous delivery, but somehow my cell number was left on their delivery so they were able to deduce that it was from me. I was trying to give a nice gift anonymously and that did not happen.

Recommend that you look up which florist YouFlowers work with in the areas you want to send flowers.

The delivery was sent to the mail room and not delivered to the dorm like it was supposed to be. It was locked in a mail room until the following Monday. Then the bouquet was scraggely and looked nothing like the full bouquet I ordered from the site. Very dissatisfied.
The bouquet that was delivered did not look like the deluxe bouquet I paid for. There were not very many flowers at all. I am very disappointed and feel that I was ripped off. I will not buy from them again.
