1. Container was suppose to be a basket. I do understand that some times changes have to be made. However, the only reason I know of the change is because the recipient mentioned it.
2. The card was barely legible. The message was not legible at all and only the first letter of the first 2 names were some what legible. Had the recipient not been a relative she would not have been able to figure out the names.

Ordered online for flowers for my mother's birthday in Arizona. She said flowers were lovely and is enjoying them very much.
All around great experience. We sent these to a relative in NC and she was delighted.
I wasn't able to change the promo code in the web browser. Automatically defaulted to a 10% off instead of the 20% I had...I had to redo the all thing on my phone.

I felt like the price went up almost $15.00 after all of the extra fees...I understand the delivery fee and taxes, but then there was an additional "service fee".

I was absolutely disappointed with the flowers. They were for a friend who had just had surgery. For the price I paid and the photo I saw on the website these flowers just did not cut it. A few chrysanthemums and a lot of small green Pom-Pom flowers. The whole thing was very lacking compared to the picture on the website. I thought I was going to get a beautiful display of gorgeous seasonal flowers and instead I got a few wisps. And I paid for the higher level of bouquet very very very disappointed and frustrated.
I had trouble editing order going back to details online. What photos sent from receiver show, that it was very reasonable price bouquet roses in vase with delivery. My Aunt enjoyed then very much. She lives 1,600 miles away from me in Texas. That's the reason I couldn't see the flowers yet the results of on time delivery, price not to mention her surprised reaction are all Priceless.
This is the forth time i have used your service and each time the flowers have been fresh and long lasting and my Daughter in law is thrilled when receiving them
With me being located in the Uk they delivered each time to the United States and are doing a great job
So far so good. Now just be sure the flowers are beautiful & arrive on time in excellent condition.

The order was scheduled for the 17th specifically for a reason. It was attempted to be delivered on the 16th luckily we intercepted delivery and sent them back for correct date. I called and was informed the order would be delivered the next day with fresh flowers. It was delivered but with day old flowers. All the roses were fully bloomed and you could tell was the day befores bouqet
