I was happy with the end product but was put off when I was ordering and got a surprise addition of $14.95 for S&H. So I stopped my order. Then I got an email telling me I could get the flowers and no S&H would be charged. That's a manipulation and I was not pleased. I did end up placing the order because of time constraints but may shop around the next time.
At this time I do not think She has received the flowers yet
The order was suppose to be a on time birthday gift then end up being a late birthday gift, and the only things she received was just 4 roses in a clear vase!?! I ordered! Plush Teddy Bear 2 Red Balloons 1 Birthday card, Roses( they where suppose add roses for the delay), a box of chocolate, and a inconvenience card for the delay as well. She only received just the regular flowers I ordered missing everything else. I called Customer service and there response was please wait on hold ( Approximately 18 minutes on and off hold) just to come and tell me the person forgot the other items and will just deliver them tomorrow instead. WOW. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend my biggest enemy to shop here. NEVER AGAIN! Do Not Purchase here if you want a perfect surprise and what you paid for!

The hidden surprise Service/Handling fee is not professional as it is not stated up front. 1) Fee for same day delivery, 2) Fee for express service, 3) Fee for handing... cost more then the flowers themselves. I will find a different vendor in the future.
After seeing the arrangement it was a little small for the price. The white flowers were beautiful and huge but opened late after the others had died. Also they looked too large for the vase once the opened. Not totally satisfied. But glad the recipient was happy

I was very happy with my order, however, I requested same day delivery as it was a gift and the order was not delivered until 2 days later. I feel that this is very unsatisfactory and I will most likely not place another order.
