I placed an order 3 days before the flowers were to be delivered to my daughter's jpb. It was her 40th birthday & U wanted something special... that had a meaning she & I knew. I finally found the Be Happy arrangement, which is all based on the smile happy face ceramic mug that the flowers were to go in. My daughter contacted me to thank me & she sent me a pic caused I asked if she liked the mug. Instead of the smile mug, the flowers were put in a regular vase. And the arrangement, well, I could've done just as well. I contacted the From You Flowers ppl several times. They gave excuses & each time, I received a partial refund, along with a dollar amount off of another arrangement, trying to appease me. Like I was going to put more money out to them, ha, no way! Then just 2 days later, they said they'd resend the floral arrangement in the smiley mug. Where was the mug the 3 days before the delivery the first time? I told them no cause the whole sentiment was for my daughter's once in a lifetime 40th birthday & she didn't want to have to explain to her coworkers. Then, to further try to appease me, I got a full refund & they wanted to send a complimentary Designer's Choice arrangement. I never once asked for either. You can look at the pics, see what I ordered and what was received I will NEVER AGAIN place an online order with them! I'll give 1800flowers a shot next time!
I sent a bunch of lilies to my niece in America from Australia. The picture she sent me on the day she received them left me really disappointed. There were about 5 lilies 2 of which looked droopy and half dead. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. I paid $AD77.00 I could have found a much better arrangement of flowers in the supermarket for $25.00.
I won't be using this company again.
Fraudulent to say the least. They wouldn't confirm my order unless I called (which was only mentioned after they accepted my payment) and I couldn't place international calls since I live abroad. When I tried to contact their agents they would reply with "we cancel if you don't call" and then would end the chat. They refunded 50% of my 140$ invoice after they decided they want to cancel it. Pretty sure their business model is to make profit off of cancelled orders. What a scam! This company should be shut down!
I ordered flowers for my Mom's 78th birthday and the flowers were so skimpy, I even went deluxe. Not to mention, the flowers sent were not even close as I expected. I gave one star because of delivery and a small refund. I will never go through From You Flowers ever again.
My brother sent me flowers from this place and the flowers came from their USA location. These were for my birthday. He ordered 9 stems of lillies (well I assume that is what he ordered as that is what I got). How any flower company can ship out stems of flowers without them being in a spike of water at the bottom of the stem is beyond me! They were bone dry on arrival. I trimmed each stem, placed them in water and waited for them to bloom. There are 3 buds on each stem so I should see 27 lilies. Or close to that, understanding that one or two may not open. They should look as beautiful as the picture they advertise. But oh what a grave disappointment. Out of a total of 27 lilies only 5 opened. The rest of the buds died on the stems. I understand the leaflet states "some buds may not open" but seriously, only 5 opening out of 27 is ridiculous! The 5 that opened were on 3 stems. What a waste of someone's money to have flowers shipped that are DOA. I would never recommend this site to anyone, and I would tell my brother to get his money back except I would hate to hurt his feelings.
This company can't even respond to negative reviews, speaks volumes don't you think! They know how bad they are ripping people off. They just don't care.
Stay away from this place, flowers from the local grocery store look better and last longer.

Order a bouquet of flowers for wife bday order was smaller than advertised I paid 69$ and they refunded me 14$. So I'll never order from them again. Place your order at farm girl flowers if you want excellent service
It was an awful experience. At first I was not sure if I should buy from this place but I did anyways. I decided to buy the biggest and more expensive Premium flowers with many ballons, chocolates and a teddy bear. It was a gift for my sister in her birthday since I live far away. She received the smallest and cheapest flowers. They did NOT look like in the picture. The person who did the delivery called me because he could not get into the hospital. After I called someone to go downstairs to pick up the flowers, he told me he left. He did not call and he was very rude. I also ordered chocolate strawberries for the next day. They did not call and just left the strawberries with someone in the hospital door. For that reason, I had to call my sister and tell her someone else received the strawberries. She spent an hour looking for the person and they told her he left home. She ended up receiving the strawberries the NEXT day. The worst was that they were melted, ugly and SMALL. They did NOT look like the pictures. I will never buy from this place again. Worst experience ever.
Ordered flowers for not a cheap price to be delivered by noon for a special occasion. Not just the order didn't arrive at noon, but I was also told that the delivery will not arrive until 3 PM as the vendor is too busy. If the business can not keep up with their promise then please don't make the promise and that's the bad business practice! Very disappointed as I could have chosen a different vendor easily.

I ordered a really nice bouquet for my sister's birthday and paid extra for before noon delivery. My own mistake I guess since I never even bothered to read the reviews online. Well the flowers were not delivered by noon so I reached out to them and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me the early delivery fee. They kept assuring me that the flowers will be delivered as soon as possible which never happened. The flowers were never delivered. The occasion is gone and I am very disappointed. I got a full refund right away but what a waste of time and effort though. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

For some reason, this company felt it was appropriate to approve a bouquet with a smiling bees ribbon for a sympathy bouquet for a friend. Not only was it nowhere close to what we ordered, the flowers were crushed and ugly. Never again.
With Covid hurting us financially we have become almost homeless. But an Anniversary is special so i made the sacrifice to get flowers. Bad idea to not go myself. They never showed up at all. They would not emmediately give a refund until "investigated" so i could buy others. Basically it ruined the needed surprise my wife needed for our anniversary. More disappointing than i can express. Would never recommend. Customs service is sub par.
I started my delivery request on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery I get a call on Tuesday my order can't be delivered so we set it up for a Wednesday delivery same thing I get a call in Wednesday order can't be delivered so one last try third times the charm NOPE delivery got cancelled again and this time I'm told delivery can be made next Wednesday. The company is a joke don't waste your time or money
I placed an order for a friends birthday, Sunday June 27th. They were nowhere near what the picture on their website suggested which is the first picture, the second is what she received. After back and forth emails, they could not guarantee that the replacement flowers would be any better, I asked them not to deliver. So on a almost 60.00 order (the flowers were $38.40), they refunded $8.11. Save yourself the headache and order locally

I ordered funeral flowers for my uncle one week in advance. I chose the premium choice with the most expensive price, which are totally over $200. I also paid for banner. The photo one web is so nice but actual flowers were a $#*! and Terrible like trash. No banner and card. It was so ashamed to deliver such $#*! flowers to the funeral. I did not know how to explain with the recipient and got a terrible experience
I ordered flowers with an express delivery to never get them. The company only offered to give me $15 credit for my next order. Yeah right!
I ordered a Deluxe flower arrangement to be delivered for my friends 60th birthday. Below is what arrived. NOTHING LIKE PICTURED. I was so embarrassed. When i called customer service, they thought a $10 adjustment and a coupon would make up for such a disappointing and disastrous gift. Yeah, right.
UPDATE: After many emails to *******@fromyouflowers and 5 days later I was able to get another bouquet delivered to my friend. The new bouquet was nice and my friend liked it, but it wasn't what I originally ordered. Maybe this is due to pandemic shortages. Who knows. The whole experience was exhausting and I should've just sent her a singing telegram.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
