The arrangement i ordered did not look like the one that was delivered and it arrived late in the day, almost evening. Not very happy, my wife was concerned it would not arrive at all, it was so late in the day. Then it was not like the advertised product at all.
I had these sent to my daughter-in-law as a just because to celebrate her being my grand daughter's home until late March when my grand daughter arrives. Sending flowers via internet has been a game of chance, but my daughter-in-law raved about how beautiful they were. This site is my new one for sending flowers (and everyone in my family lives in other states so an online florist is necessary)- If you try them once, you will become hooked like I did.

I sent these to my Aunt for her 89th birthday. When she called me to say she had received them, she could not stop talking about how beautiful they were & naming off all of the different types of flowers in the arrangement. Then proceeded to tell me how she was going to take such good care of them so they would last. She loved them which made me happy because I was unable to spend her special day in person.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINED AND ASHAMED OF THE FLOWERS THAT I PURCHASED. THEY WERE SO SMALL FOR THE PRICE THAT I PAID. WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYMORE.
I actually did not see them as the recipient is 1,000 miles away, but she called to say they were lovely.
The picture on the website showed the flowers being in a bigger vase and more flowers then what was delivered but the flowers that were delivered were beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
